Parking & Rideshare
Caruso Signature Member Parking
Caruso Signature Members are invited to enjoy designated parking spaces with easy access on Level 3.
Valet Parking
Sunday – Thursday, 10AM – 9PM
Friday & Saturday, 10AM – 10PM
Located on Caruso Avenue off Brand Boulevard.
Self-Parking
Guests can access our parking structure on Americana Way (off Central Avenue or Brand Boulevard).
Lot open from 4AM-3AM, daily.

ADA ACCESSIBLE PARKING SPACES
ADA accessible parking is conveniently located on Level 2 of the parking structure.
ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING
Tesla Charging
Tesla charging stations are located on Level 7 of the parking structure.
Charging is available 24/7 on 20 Superchargers with up to 150kW.
All Other Electric Vehicle Charging
Charging stations are conveniently located on Level 2 of the parking structure.
All charging stations use the EVGATEWAY network. In order to charge your vehicle, please download the EVGATEWAY application to your smartphone to access the network as a member or use the Pay as You Go option.

Follow the Steps to Start Charging:
- Sign up to have member pricing or use Pay as You Go.
- After logging into the mobile app, add funds using credit/debit or PayPal under My Wallet.
- Once you have added funds, scan the QR code on the charger to access the charger and start charging.
- Make sure to plug in the connector (A or B), then start charging on the app to initiate the session.
- RFIDs are another easy option for using the chargers. They are available to order via the app and will be sent to your mailing address.
Rates
$3 per hour (first 4 hours)
Charging period is billed in one-minute increments. Fees will be charged for the period that the vehicle is plugged in.

LYFT & OTHER RIDESHARE PICK-UP/DROP-OFF
The Americana at Brand’s preferred pick-up/drop-off location for Lyft and other rideshare services is on Colorado Street, in the Loading Zone behind Nordstrom.

The Trolley
Step aboard The Americana at Brand’s open-style, electric-powered trolley and take a delightful, complimentary spin around the property. This popular attraction features cherry-wood ceilings, floors and seats, plus beautiful stained-glass windowpanes.
Pickup and drop-off are located by Nike.
The Fountain
The iconic fountain sits at the center of The Green and was built by WET Design—the same company who built the fountains at the Bellagio in Las Vegas. When you’re not tossing coins and making wishes, enjoy a water spectacular every hour, as the fountain dances to the iconic music of such legends as Louis Armstrong, Judy Garland, Andrea Bocelli and more, as well as festive medleys during the holidays.
