Vegan Wontons with House Spicy Sauce

Served with their signature house spicy sauce and topped with garlic and green onion, these handmade wontons are filled with a carefully balanced mixture of bean curd, baby bok choy, shiitake mushrooms, wood ear mushrooms, glass noodles and jicama. Freshly squeezed spinach juice is rolled into house-made dough to give these wontons their vibrant, verdant hue.
