What is Caruso Rewards?
Caruso Rewards is our way of saying thank you. It’s a complimentary, points-based program that rewards you for shopping, dining, and seeing your favorite movies at The Grove and The Americana at Brand.

How do I sign up?
You can sign up for Caruso Rewards by completing a loyalty profile in one of three easy ways: (1) on the Caruso mobile app (which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store or Google Play store for Android), (2) online at www.thegrovela.com or www.americanaatbrand.com, or (3) at one of our helpful Concierge desks at either The Grove or The Americana at Brand.

Who is eligible to participate?
Anyone who is over the age of thirteen (13) and who meets the additional eligibility requirements set forth in the “Program Terms and Conditions” is eligible to enroll in Caruso Rewards.

How do I earn points?
With Caruso Rewards, you will earn one point for every dollar you spend at The Grove and The Americana at Brand at all stores, kiosks, restaurants (excluding tip), movie theaters and property services (like car washes and shoe shines) during the program period. gift cards, including property tenant gift cards and The Grove/The Americana at Brand American Express Gift Cards, are not eligible for Caruso Rewards points.

What rewards will I earn with my points?
Caruso Rewards is packed with benefits. You’ll receive frequent perks – such as valet parking, gift cards, movie tickets and car washes – as well as access to events and exclusive services.

How do I submit my receipts for points?
There are five ways you can submit your receipts:

1) Upload PDFs of each receipt at The Grove or The Americana at Brand websites. Simply log into your Caruso Rewards account, click on “Submit New Receipt” and follow the directions. Remember to save your receipts!

2) Via the Caruso mobile app. Simply scan each receipt for automatic processing. Note: it may take up to 48 hours for your points to post to your account.

3) Email copies of your receipts to points@carusorewards.com. Please use one receipt per PDF or JPG.

4) Text copies of your receipts. Take a photo and text it to 811811 with the message POINTS. Caruso Rewards is not responsible for texting charges.

5) Bring receipts to Concierge Services at The Grove or The Americana at Brand. The Concierge will be happy to log your receipts for you.

*all receipts must be scanned within 60 days of purchase

I was unsuccessful scanning a receipt. What should I do?
If you receive an error message, simply bring your receipts to the Concierge Services desk in the Grand Lobby of The Grove or The Americana at Brand. We will be happy to log them for you and update your point status in your Caruso Rewards account.

How many points do I need to earn rewards?
For every 2,500 points you earn, you will receive your choice of one (1) redemption reward from the reward options provided during that period. At 15,000 points, you will receive complimentary self-parking for one year and an automatic gate opener that works at The Grove and The Americana at Brand. At 25,000 points, you will receive complimentary valet parking for one year (with a self-parking option included). Please click here for a full rewards chart.

How can I track and redeem my points?
You can track and redeem your points on the new Caruso mobile app, online at www.thegrovela.com or www.americanaatbrand.com, or by speaking with our Concierge at www.thegrovela.com or www.americanaatbrand.com. You will be notified by email when you have earned a reward.

When do my points expire?
Your points never expire. You will receive a reward every time you earn 2,500 points. Your points will continue to accumulate until you reach the 25,000-point level, at which time you will receive a one-year valet parking reward (with a self-parking option included). After you have redeemed your reward at the 25,000-point level, the rewards tiers will continue in 2,500-point increments all over again. Once you achieve access to VIP events and services at 17,500 and 20,000 points, respectively, that status will remain in effect for the duration of the program. Caruso Affiliated reserves the right to change or modify the point structure of Caruso Rewards at any time.

What is VIP status?
At 17,500 points, you will receive permanent VIP status with access to events. At 20,000 points, you will receive access to VIP services. Once you achieve access to VIP events and services the first time, that access will remain active for the duration of the program.

How do the parking rewards work?
When you reach 2,500 points, you will receive your choice of one of four rewards, including a $25 parking reward. If you choose the $25 parking reward, you can access it through the Caruso mobile app or at the Concierge Services desk. At 15,000 points, you will receive one year of complimentary self-parking and an automatic gate opener that works at The Grove and The Americana at Brand. At 25,000 points, you will receive one year of complimentary valet parking (with a self-parking option included). For the self- and valet parking rewards, you will need to stop by the Concierge Services desk at either The Grove or The Americana at Brand to receive an automatic gate opener and instructions. Any guest who spends $250 or more in one day at either property will receive a one-day valet or self-parking validation. This validation will be good for the same day’s parking

Can I buy points?
Caruso Rewards points can only be earned through purchases you make at The Grove and at The Americana at Brand. Points cannot be purchased.

Where can I use my rewards gift card?
our Caruso Rewards gift card is redeemable at all stores, restaurants and movie theaters at The Grove and The Americana at Brand. American Express gift cards cannot be purchased with your Caruso Rewards gift card.

Flashpark (now Caruso Pre-paid Parking)

Will I still be able to use FlashPark (Caruso Pre-Paid Parking) to access the parking garage?
Yes! You will simply need to upgrade to the Caruso mobile app and complete the loyalty profile. All of your account information will transfer to the new program.

Will my current FlashPark (Caruso Pre-Paid Parking) funds transfer to my Caruso Rewards account?
Yes! Any funds that you currently have on FlashPark (Caruso Parking) will transfer to the Caruso Rewards program.

Will I still earn two hours of complimentary parking when I have funds loaded on my FlashPark (Caruso Pre-Paid Parking) account?
The two hours of complimentary parking promotion for members with funds on FlashPark accounts has expired.
